Local Tax
Persons aged 14 years and over will from 01.01.2024 have to pay a tourist tax of € 3,40 per person per night.
Condition:
The booking is binding only if it is accompanied by the payment of a deposit of 30% of the full amount. This can be paid by bank transfer or postal order.
Methods of payment:
Cash, check, bank transfer.
Check in and check out:
The apartments are available from 14.00 clock. We kindly ask you to leave the apartment before 9:00 a.m. on the day of departure.
Cancellations:
For cancellations up to 1 month prior to arrival no cancellation fee will be retained.
For cancellations from 29 -15 days before arrival date we charge 30% of the booked stay.
From 14 - 4 days before arrival day we charge 50% of the booked stay. From 3 days before arrival date, a penalty of 100% of the entire booked stay will be charged. |
